ويكون كل طرف مسؤولًا عن صحة البيانات والمستندات التي يقدمها إلى المنصة.

19. البيانات المطلوبة لأغراض قانونية وضريبية ومحاسبية

قد تحتفظ Dentofly ببعض البيانات والمعلومات المتعلقة بالطلبات والمعاملات والفواتير والمدفوعات والتسويات المالية للمدة التي تفرضها القوانين واللوائح أو المتطلبات المحاسبية والضريبية والتنظيمية المعمول بها.

ولا يعني طلب المستخدم حذف بياناته أن Dentofly ملزمة بحذف أي بيانات يتعين عليها الاحتفاظ بها بموجب القانون.

20. عدم بيع البيانات الشخصية

لا تبيع Dentofly البيانات الشخصية للمستخدمين إلى أطراف أخرى مقابل مقابل مادي.
